Merman and the Four Beautiful Mermaids

As requested here is a picture of our Halloween costumes, a family of mermaids!

Claire, the slightly wild child!

You guessed it is Claire's turn! To put it in Josh's words she is growing like a weed! Claire knows a lot of tricks like how to wiggle out of her diaper and pajamas without anyone noticing, how to scoot on her head and most recently how to talk to/eat her toes! She can roll over and push up like her sisters but prefers to push back on the top of her head and look at the world upside down. She is also a very good eater, it was this quality that earned her a trip with her Mom, Grandma Sullivan and cousins Brooke and Kelsey to Denver to visit her God-mother(Shannon) for fall break. She was a very good traveler and enjoyed being the center of attention, but now is having a tiny bit of trouble adjusting back to being one of three babies needing attention.

Emma Grace

Today we present to you an update on Emma Grace

Yep that little eye/hand belongs to Emma whom I thought was sleeping quietly in her car seat....she is a sneaky peeker!Emma is probably about 11.5 to 12 pounds now, and is catching up to her sisters in terms of activity. She use to be the one whom we could depend on to sleep the best, eat nicely and just be content, but well she broke her streak and was a little naughty for a couple of days a week or two ago. However she is still sweet as can be. She is a Daddy's girl! Her favorite place to be is right there in her dad's lap watching football and she can not stand it when she can hear him but he is not holding her, which is not going to make church easy for me. Last week she was fine until the sermon when it finally dawned on her who was talking. Emma can roll over and lift her head up but she doesn't really care to, at least not if anyone is watching, again she prefers to be sneaky about it. Along with her blue eyes another of Emma's defining features is her hair which is coming in, in a thick patch on the top of her head.
